Early hours of Wednesday morning at Odongunyan, Ikorodu, Lagos State, a long heavy vehicle used to convey goods got crashed along the pedestrian way as a result of the vehicle brake malfunction. The driver loosed control of the truck once he discovered the vehicle couldn’t be controlled.
Unfortunately, he crashed landed the truck in a pedestrian way killing dozen at the spot. The horrific scene was beyond, that those who survived the incident were seen trying to convey the casualties to the nearest hospital.
It was indeed a black Wednesday in the environment of Ikorodu.
